Condolence: Only great memories of Uncle Frank and Aunt Mike. We can still hear his unique laugh and can visualize him finding his fellow Saint's golf balls on some celestial course. Our prayers are with Kurt, Mary, Kraig, Katie, grandkids and great grandchildren. What a legacy.

Condolence: I remember several things about "Mr. ivie". His solid faith in Christ, his gentle mad humble spirit, and his love of music ... especially Gordon Lightfoot. It seems that he often tried to use music to connect with his students. His delivery, as a teacher was rather dry, I'm not going to pretend it wasn't, but no one doubted his sincerity and heartfelt desire to help students learn. I trust that he is now enjoying seeing his Lord face to face!

Condolence: My condolences to the Ivie family.
Mr Ivie was my 9th grade social studies teacher at Holton High School. He was a man of authority yet gentle educator.

Condolence: Mr. Ivie was a wonderful teacher and Mrs. Ivie was a great school nurse. They both were very dedicated to the school and the kids who went to Holton school. Thank-you for your time you spent with all of us kids teaching us .....not just school work also.

Condolence: I can still see your lanky body sitting on the corner of your desk with your arms crossed over, teaching and telling us stories. You and your wonderful wife "Mrs. Ivie" were very special people who helped to shape my life.

Condolence: Class of 1975 I appreciated Mr. Ivie's sense of dedication to his vocation and the students that were under his care. He will be remembered fondly by the many he invested into at Holton High School.

Condolence: My favorite memory of Mr. Ivie also was his rendition of "Dust in the Wind". Thoughts and prayers to his family and loved ones. He was a kind man - may he rest in peace.

Condolence: My favorite memory of Mr. Ivie was when he sang "Dust in the Wind" during class at Holton. A student played the guitar and he sang. He surprised us all because he was quite a good singer :) Fun times… RIP, Mr. Ivie.

Condolence: Frank epitomizes a life lived for Christ. To know without doubt that he is resting in the arms of the Lord is a wonderful blessing to all who loved him. How we will miss hearing him sing during worship services! He indeed "fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith."
