Nancy Angeline (Scordo) Risoldi, 100, formerly of Tyrone, Altoona and Mount Joy passed away peacefully Thursday February 8, 2018 in Yulee, Florida.

She was born April 2, 1917 in Tyrone, one of eleven children and the daughter of Antonio and Santa (Silvester). Scordo.

Surviving are five children; Ciro Gene and wife Peggy of Jasper, Georgia, Sandra Lucas and husband Tom of East Berlin, Gennaro “Jerry” and wife Patricia of Yulee, Florida, Anthony of Palm Coast, Florida, Nancy Ann Ehrhart and husband Frank of Mount Joy, thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, two brothers; Joe Scordo of Tyrone, Dominic Scordo of Harrisburg and many nieces, nephews and their families.

She is remembered by family and friends for her homemade Sicilian pizza, bread, anise pizzelles. She was a wonderful cook and had even thought of opening her own restaurant. Mom was talented musically, dancing, and crocheting. She was a proud member of St. Matthew Catholic Church and Tyrone Area High School.

Nancy enjoyed traveling to Italy with her sisters, and family to visit her ancestral family in Sicily. She visited her mother's and father's home and learned to live within the culture..

Friends will be received by family members at Feller Memorial Home Saturday, February, 9-11AM. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday February 17, 2018 at 11 A.M. at St. Matthew Catholic Church with Fr. Jozef Kovacik Celebrant. Interment at Oak Grove Cemetery.

Sandy, Anthony, and Nancy Ann invites everyone to join together for a time of food and fellowship at the church hall followed by a "Celebration of Mom's 100 years of Life."
