Terry grew up in Tyrone, PA and is a 2005 graduate of Tyrone Area High School. After graduation Terry attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where he received his bachelors in Psychology. In 2010 Terry graduated from The Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. Upon completion of mortuary school Terry served his apprenticeship with the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home Inc. and was hired on as a full time funeral director after receiving his license in April of 2012. He continued working for the funeral home until September of 2017 at which time he purchased the business from the Searer family.
